Happy Pride! Pride is all about increased visibility of the LGBTQ+ community! With a focus on self-affirmation, dignity. and equality; Pride Month is a celebration FPLA can really get behind! We believe that love is love and always want you to be who you are! June and all year long, let your Pride flag fly!

FPLA Studio Reminders Show Up Early to Class - Reserve your spot, we'll hold your reformer for 10 minutes after class starts.
Don't forget your Water - But if you do we always have refreshing Fiji bottles and purified water.
Grip Socks Required for Class - We have Tavi, TOESOX and Base 33 socks availbale for purchase in studio if you forget.
Cancel Ahead of Time - If you can't make it to class, make sure you cancel within the 8 hour window to avoid a fee.
No Phones or Personal Items - Please use the lockers to store your phone (off or on silent) and personal items before class.
