A BIT ABOUT US

We’ve been a practicing Pilates Studio since 2023. The foundation of our studio combines the physical with the inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we promote awareness of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. At Formation Pilates, we use our extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.

FAQs

we have answers

What do I need to bring?

  1. TOESOX or any grip-sole socks for Pilates classes > they can be purchased in studio.

  2. Yoga mat if you'd like your own or we also provide them for Barre/Yoga.

  3. Workout "Yoga" pants and a supported top for women.

  4. Water > We have filtered water & sell Fiji water, or bring your own.

Which class should I take I'm new?

  1. Our instructors are very careful with beginners and know how to modify all moves but we recommend the Pilates | Restore or Pilates | Straps class as a great way to start slow.

  2. If you're still uncomfortable, we recommend reaching out to the studio directly to book a private session with one of our highly trained instructors to get your form on with more hands on training.
