Bri

'The Boss'

Bri started SPN Pilates (which recently grew into Formation Pilates LA) when she was 25. She always knew she would start a business and she was lucky enough to be able to bring her passion of Pilates and her dream of owning her own business together! She has been teaching for over 10 years and loving every minute. She strives to help others achieve their goals and change lives. After recovering from her 2 years in a wheelchair she wants to be able to help anyone start their journey to a happier, healthier life.

Kathy

'Mama Pilates'

Mama Pilates is running the studio no matter where she is! Known as the jack of all trades, contact her via email anytime to book a private session or duet. Kathy is sure to find your perfect fit and get you started on your journey toward being happy, healthy, and beautiful!

Ashley

Ashley found a passion for Pilates shortly after obtaining her Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She appreciated the strength that each session gave her not only physically, but also mentally. Ashley has multiple Pilates and fitness certifications. She is Formation Pilates LA’s Master Trainer in charge of the Prolates Fitness  Instructor Training Program. Ashley’s classes are high energy, creative, and so much fun. She enjoys physically challenging even the most experienced clients, pushing them to the next level, while providing modifications for beginners to provide everyone with a great and effective workout. She loves seeing clients progress and helping them reach their full potential.

Andria

Andria has been teaching the Prolates Fitness Method for 3 years. She originally fell in love with Pilates 8 years ago when she took her first class and after years of being a client at Formation Pilates LA, she decided to further her love and become an instructor. Andria thoroughly enjoys watching her clients grow and become stronger with each class! Being a busy mom of three boys, Andria understands the dedication and commitment to keeping your body and mind strong, while still balancing your daily life. She currently assists Ashley Gray with the Prolates Fitness Instructor Training Program, and loves every minute of it!

Marianne

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Marianne has always had a love for health and fitness. After practicing the Prolates Fitness method for over 5 years, witnessing first hand what incredible results could be achieved, she was inspired to get her certification at Formation Pilates LA and start instructing. Her primary focus is giving each class an entire body workout… But some clients may argue her primary focus is on glutes! She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve a healthy mind and body and is proud to be on the Formation Pilates LA team!

Julia

Julia has been teaching Pilates for over 4 years. Julia originally found Formation Pilates LA by chance and it has been a passion of hers ever since. She loves the energy, atmosphere, studio, and especially the clients! She always has a smile on her face and loves to challenge her clients. When she’s not kicking “bootie'' in the studio, you can find her slinging bagels at the restaurant she owns with her mom or traveling the world. When we know she’s away we love to say “Where in the world is Julia?!”

Jasmine

Jasmine is a Los Angeles native who is passionate about helping people achieve, as well as maintain, the mindset and physical health they desire. She was introduced to Pilates in 2020 during the pandemic and absolutely fell in love with it. It was only after 6 short months that she decided to become a certified Prolates Fitness Instructor. She graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from Channel Islands and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. Jasmine loves creating a positive energy in the room where her clients can feel challenged, while still really focusing on form.

Alisa

Alisa has been a Barre instructor for over 10 years. Certified and Barre-Method trained, Alisa credits her fitness journey to her friend dragging her into her very first Barre class in 2007- from that moment on she was hooked. The Barre-Method has trained Alisa for her several half marathons, her full marathon, her wedding, being a mom, and of course, teaching at Formation Pilates and the incredible clients she instructs. Taking a Barre class with Alisa will be like visiting with an old friend… a friend who likes to keep you on your toes, make you laugh, and help you reach your fitness goals. The class isn’t easy, but you will see results physically and mentally. You don’t have to be a dancer or even be able to touch your toes to take a Barre class- you do need to take a chance, challenge yourself, and have a little fun along the way.

Shane

Shane found her adoration of fitness after dancing competitively for years in her childhood. Reformer Pilates became her ultimate passion, combining her delight for balance, strengthening, and body movement flow. After having the time of her life teaching at Formation Pilates LA she returned to her home in Santa Barbara and there continues her appreciation of Pilates by teaching privates, group classes, and virtuals. Formation Pilates LA and the clients there will always be her First Pilates Love and she drops in to teach, playing her signature funky soul playlist, as often as she can!

Adina

Adina found the Prolates Fitness method after having her second son about eight years ago, when she was looking for a way to get her pre-baby body back. What she found was a new passion and learned about the mind, body, and soul connection. She found Pilates not only helped her physically, but it also helped her mentally with her postpartum depression. She was so inspired she decided to get certified as an instructor herself in hopes to share her love of Pilates with others. When Adina isn’t at the studio, she is busy working as a Family Nurse Practitioner, or spending time with her two sons.
